Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction
At VitalRIZE, we stand behind our products with a 60-day customer satisfaction pledge. If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the option to return it within 60 days of the original transaction date for a refund. To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Initiate contact with our dedicated customer care team at [email protected] to obtain a unique Return Authorization (RA) code within 60 days of your purchase.
- Ensure the RA code is clearly visible with your returned merchandise.
- Upon receiving your RA code, ship the item back and provide us with both the RA code and tracking information to allow us to monitor the return's progress.
- Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned to the specified address within a 14-day window after receiving the RA code.
- All returned items should be in satisfactory condition (free from damage or excessive wear) and include any original components or accessories.

Exceptions to Our Return Policy
The following items are not eligible for return:
- VitalRIZE gift certificates
- Digital product downloads
- Select personal wellness items (for hygiene reasons)
A valid proof of purchase is mandatory for processing all returns.
Instances of Partial Reimbursement
In certain scenarios, we may only be able to offer partial refunds:
- Physical media (books, CDs, DVDs) or software that has been unsealed
- Products returned in a condition different from their original state or missing components
- Items returned outside the 60-day window from the purchase date

Policy on Discounted Items
Our refund policy applies exclusively to items purchased at full price. Products bought during sales or promotions are not eligible for refunds.
Product Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in cases where items arrive defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, please send an email to [email protected] for detailed instructions. Please be aware that we cannot process exchanges for items more than 60 days past their delivery date.
Handling Gift Returns
For items received as gifts:
- If the item was designated as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll be issued a gift credit equivalent to the item's value
- The original purchaser will not be notified of the return in this case
For gifts not marked as such at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
